DIRECTOR / MUSICAL THEATRE / DANCE / PIANO / ACTING / VOICE / KINDERMUSIK® / ZUMBA® FITNESS - ROSALIE LLOYD Miss Rosalie began her dance training with Mary-Ann and Romayne Strilka (former Radio City Music Hall Rockettes) and through the years studied Ballet with Romayne Strilka, Istvan Rabovsky, Alexi Ramov, Carol Sumner, Edwina Fontaine, David Howard, Melissa Hayden, & Christine Neubert, Jazz with Mary-Ann Strilka, Jimmy Sutton & Luigi, Tap with Mary-Ann Strilka, Jimmy Sutton & Charlie Lowe, and Pilates with Edwina Fontaine. Rosalie was accepted into the School of American Ballet at the age of 15. Rosalie studied Voice and Tap with Charlie Lowe at Charlie Lowe's Show Business School for Kids performing in several shows at New York's Carnegie Hall as a soloist singer and dancer. At the age of eight, she began her Piano studies with Julliard Graduate and Concert Pianist Joan Lawrence and performed in various local performances, annual recitals, and talent shows (always taking 1st place). A child model, she performed both singing and dancing roles in productions including Fiddler on the Roof and Gypsy (Off-Broadway), as well as filming commercials, modeling for catalogs and JC Penney Fashion Shows. She was a semi-finalist in the Little Miss America Pageant. She performed acting and singing roles in productions under the direction of Actor David Selby. Majoring in Piano Performance at Syracuse University, she minored in Pipe Organ and was a member of the Syracuse University Chorale, performing works including Handel's Hallelujah Chorus from Oratorio 'Messiah' with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra. Rosalie danced professionally with the Westchester Theatre Dance Performing Troupe, Inc. in Musicals and Operas including productions at the Tarrytown Opera House, with the Chappaqua Drama Group, and for the Delegates and Staff of the United Nations. Rosalie directed the Youth Choir at Saint Catherine's Church in Manchester for 6 years and has been teaching piano and dance for over 15 years. Some of her students have gone on to have successful careers as professional dancers and actors including Radio City Music Hall Rockettes in New York City, in the European Touring Company of "Forty Second Street", an appearance on the TV show "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", an ensemble dancer in the TV movie "Martin", and with the Alberta Ballet. |
VIOLIN / CELLO - ANIKO Miss Aniko graduated from the Rostropovich Music College (Russia) with a Bachelor of Music degree. Her later studies were at the Royal College of Music in London. Aniko is a Soloist for VSSO Recordings, has led quartets, and has participated in the Chamber Orchestra "Camara Rusa" in Spain. Concert tours included yearly performances in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Aniko has been teaching since 1995, first in Russia and now in the United States, and is currently a member of the Merrimack Valley Philharmonic Orchestra and performs at the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire. |
GUITAR - TONY Mr. Tony is an alumni of Berklee College of Music and was fortunate to study with the late William G. Leavitt. Tony studied classical guitar with Robert Sullivan, head professor of New England Conservatory and jazz guitar with world renown instructor Mick Goodrick. Tony has taught thousands of guitar lessons in all styles of music, all levels, all age groups, and prides himself in keeping the student engaged by making the guitar lesson fun. Tony has played shows with Howie Mandel, Joe Piscapo (SNL), Rebecca Parris, The Drifters, and performed many other tv, radio, theater, and recording sessions. |
